• Device Identifier: We generate a random anonymous device ID to associate your characters, chat sessions, and preferences. This is not linked to your real identity.
• Chat Messages: Messages you send and receive are stored on our servers to maintain your conversation history.
• Characters: Characters you create (name, bio, personality, avatar) are stored on our servers.
• Preferences: Settings such as NSFW content toggle and response length are stored locally on your device.
• Subscription Status: Your subscription tier (free or premium) is stored to manage feature access.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the chat experience with AI characters
• To store your conversation history and custom characters
• To manage subscription features and daily message limits
• To display relevant advertisements to free-tier users via Google AdMob

Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude API): Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate AI character responses. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob: Free-tier users may see interstitial ads. AdMob may collect device information for ad targeting. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudinary: Used to host character avatar images.
• Vercel: Our servers are hosted on Vercel's infrastructure.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Vercel and Neon (PostgreSQL). We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Chat messages are stored in our database and are accessible only through your anonymous device ID.

Data Retention

Your chat history and characters are retained as long as you use the app. You can delete individual characters and chat sessions from within the app at any time.

Children's Privacy

Sueno is not intended for users under 17 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us.

Your Rights

• Delete your characters and chat history from within the app
• Toggle NSFW content on or off at any time
• Request deletion of all your data by contacting us

Advertising

Free-tier users may see interstitial advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers do not see ads. You can manage ad personalization through your device's privacy settings.
